To add a contract template in HoneyBook, first go to the top menu bar and select Tools. In the dropdown menu, you will then select Templates. On the new Templates page that opens, go to the left hand side and select Contracts.

Customizing your project types From any page, click your profile photo in the top right corner of your screen. Select Company Settings from the menu. Select the Preferences tab. In the Project Types section, click Edit. Edit your project types! You can: Click Save when youre finished.
From your templates section, click the Create New button and select the type of smart file youd like to create. Then, build it out with any content or additional actions youd like to include! You can even recreate your favorite legacy file formats.
To insert a smart field: Click your cursor where youd like the smart field to go, then click Insert next to Smart fields in the contract content menu of the right sidebar. Select a field content type (the information that will be populating that smart field) from the dropdown or type a custom type.
To create an email signature template: From your HoneyBook home page, click the Tools menu. Select My Templates from the menu. Select Email Signature from the list of template types. Here, youll see the Default Signature that weve created for you using your company details. Now, create your template!
