Here are a few steps you can follow to use a handwritten signature in Word: Write and take a photo of your signature. Save the photo to your computer. Crop the image. Save the photo as a new file. Click the Insert tab in Word. Choose and position your photo on the document.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
You can sign your name electronically via any e-signing platform. All you need to do is upload or create your digital signature, save it as an image, and use it to sign online documents from your computer or phone.
To create an electronic signature in Microsoft Word, click on the Insert tab, then click the Signature line option. A new pop-up tab should appear shortly where you can type in your name, title and email address. Once thats done with, hit OK and Word will insert a signature line into your document.
