Creating the action button itself is a matter of mere clicks. Open your PDF file in docHub. Select the Tools tab. Click on Rich Media. Select the Add Button. Click on anywhere in your document to add a button there. Give the button a name in the Field Name box. Press Enter.
Open your PDF in Acrobat. Click and drag the cursor to select the area of text you want to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above your text. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text.
Add Check Boxes in a PDF Once the file is open, navigate to the Form tab in the top menu bar. From there, you will find various options to fill out PDF forms. Click on the checkbox icon, then drag it to where you want to add it. You can adjust the size of the box by pulling its frame.
If not, click the tiny arrow at the lower right of the icon and hold down the mouse button. A new tool bar will appear while you are holding down the mouse button. Drag the mouse, pausing over each icon, until Graphics Select Tool is displayed, and release the button. You will now have a crosshair cursor.
How to add a combo box (dropdown menu) to a form? Step 1 - Choose the Combo Box feature. Step 2 - Place the field on your PDF. Step 3 - Set your Combo Box properties. Step 4 - Choose Value List Option. Step 5 - Add Values. Step 6 - Edit Public Name and Value Name. Step 7 - Confirm the new value list.
Its easy to create links in docHub Pro using the Link tool. 1. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. The pointer becomes a crosshair, and any existing links in the document, including invisible links, are temporarily visible.
Add a button to an Acrobat PDF form Make sure you are in edit mode by selecting Tools Prepare Form, and then select Button in the toolbar. On the page, click where you want to add the button to create a button with the default size.
If you are not in form editing mode, choose Tools Prepare Form. Using the Button tool , drag across the area where you want the button to appear. Double-click the button and set options in the General and Options tabs. In the Options tab, choose an option in the Layout menu for the button label, icon image, or both.
