[Music] users and groups can be viewed in docHub clm but you create and maintain users and groups through docHub admin from docHub clm use the app switcher to go to docHub admin as an administrator you can add manage or disable a user by clicking on the users tile to create a new user click add user enter the users name and email then click next accounts select an account for the user next you will set permissions for the user in both docHub e-signature and docHub clm first select the permission profile you want this user to have any signature then in the clm box click enabled and select the permission profile for this user in docHub clm you can also assign the new user to a group click next for additional security when the user logs in for the first time you can add an access code to the account activation process click next review on the review page review the user configuration then click save user the new user will receive an email with account activation and login
