[Music] so if you clicked on this link I know you are looking to solve this problem you know this has been so annoying to me I dont know why ircc doesnt fix it but I have the fix for you guys so youre getting this error and youre trying to download your work form your work visa form or just a visa application form whatever the case might be but youre getting this error guys to fix this area youre gonna go to your browser whether its Chrome that youre using Firefox or the other one I dont remember what the other one was but it works for all of them guys so youre just gonna hit settings and then just type in PDF and it will take you to site settings so youre gonna scroll down to site settings and then youre just gonna click on that little arrow there to expand that feature and then scroll down just a little bit more and then you are going to click on additional content setting and thats going to take you to that feature where you turn that feature on and off to fix this prob
