Windows Forms RadioButton controls present a set of two or more mutually exclusive choices to the user. While radio buttons and check boxes may appear to function similarly, there is an important difference: when a user selects a radio button, the other radio buttons in the same group cannot be selected as well.

The best way to do this is to insert the option buttons inside an empty section on the form template. Select the section, and then on the Format menu, click Borders and Shading, and make the necessary adjustments. Use margin settings to adjust the spacing around each option button.
Step 1 The user can focus on the radio button list by using the TAB key of the keyboard. Step 2 The user can navigate through the radio buttons list by using the UP/DOWN arrow keys of the keyboard.
Using a content control box To insert a checkbox in Word using this method, click on the Insert tab. Then, click the Content controls button and select the Check box option.
Insert a button On the form template, place the cursor where you want to insert the control. If the Controls task pane is not visible, click More Controls on the Insert menu, or press ALT+I, C. Under Insert controls, click Button. Double-click the button icon that was inserted onto your form template.
By definition, radio buttons always have exactly one option selected, and you therefore shouldnt display them without a default selection.
Place you cursor at the start of the first line. Go to the Developer tab, and then click Check Box. If you want a space after the check box, press Tab or Spacebar. Use a Tab character if you want to format the list item with hanging indentation, like Word applies to bulleted lists.
