To add a payment method, complete the following steps: In the Google Cloud console, go to the Payment methods page. At the prompt, choose the Cloud Billing account you want to update. In the Payment method page, click Add payment method. Enter your payment information and click Save.
If you go to the Google payments settings and access the manage users page and you dont see an option to add a new user, the reasons could include the following: The payments profile is set up as an individual account rather than a business account. You cant add users to an individual account.
