Click on the Add Fillable Fields button located in the toolbar at the top of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Number from the options.
Transform your document into a fillable PDF form. Open the application, click the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Upload your document. Add form fields where appropriate. Save and download your form as a PDF.
Insert line numbers in a document, similar to those in a legal document. Choose Edit Insert Line Numbers to apply line numbers to the current page. Line numbers will appear on the left side of the page on every line with text.
Click the Add Header Footer button on the toolbar to review the Create option. Click Create and a window named Create Header Footer Template will pop up. In the new window, you can choose the format as Insert Page Number, and set the layout and content.

Add text in a text box in the toolbar. A text box appears on the page (you can change how the text looks later). Drag the text box to where you want it. If you cant move the box, click outside the box to deselect the text, then click the text once to select its text box.
Once youve downloaded your editor of choice to your device, follow these steps to add text boxes: Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools Edit PDF Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
