LibreOffice Comments are a great way to make notes on a section of a document. This allows collaborators to ask questions and/or answer questions.
Click Insert > Comment. The comment is inserted to the right side of the document.
Answer: Calc automatically adds to any recorded change a comment describing what was changed (for example, Cell B4 changed from '9' to '4'). Reviewers and authors can add their comments to explain their changes.
Add a password to Microsoft Office Click the File menu, select the Info tab, and then select the Protect Document button. Click Encrypt with Password. Enter your password then click OK. Enter the password again to confirm it and click OK.
Right-click on the comment and select Delete Comment from the dropdown menu. This will remove the comment.
Select either Save or Save As. In the dialog box that opens, type in a file name for your document. Tick the box next to Save with password and then click Save. In the Enter Password dialog box, type in your password and retype for confirmation.
To delete a single comment in the document, right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment. To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document.
