when you are in a sharepoint document library and you go and click on the gear icon in the top and right side corner it will and click on the library settings it will open up the new panel where you can go and rename the document library provide the description and when you click on the save button it will go and rename the document librarys name if you want to go and access the other uh settings library settings you can click on the manage library settings page and it will redirect you to the main page
