all right uh a number of people have asked me recently about taking form responses and saving them as PDFs and itd be great if there were a built-in function to do this in Microsoft forms I should say it built an automated function there is a way to do it to basically say you can go and view your results and then you can print the response and print it to PDF but theres a very manual action and not something you generally want to do all the time but in terms of automating it so that whenever someone submits a form you end up with a PDF document of the response and there are a lot of different ways to do this this is just the way that I choose to do it because its pretty simple and basically its entirely free so were going to use a in my case Im saving it to one drive you could save it also to SharePoint but you do need to use a OneDrive do you need to use OneDrive as sort of a temporary place so basically what Ive done is the idea is for the flow Im first going to take the resp

As an admin, you can set docHub as the default app to view and edit PDF files in Microsoft Teams. Your users can view and search the PDF files. The users can also comment on and annotate the PDF files for free after they sign in.
The Microsoft Edge PDF reader is a secure and reliable application that works across the Windows and macOS desktop platforms.
To write comments in the document itself, select Edit Document, then choose either Edit in Desktop App or Edit in Browser. Add comments. Whether youre working in Teams or in your desktop Word app, your changes will save automatically.
Select the message, and from the options () menu, choose More Actions Collaborate on PDF. The PDF is opened in the docHub viewer within Microsoft Teams. Use annotation tools like Insert Sticky Note, Highlight Text, or Draw markups on the PDF, and collaborate with your team members.
How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
Edit a PDF Go to File Open. Find the PDF and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that its going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. After your edits, you save it as a Word doc or a PDF.
Turn on and use annotation To begin annotating, choose one of the tools in the Whiteboard toolsetlike Sticky notesand start typing or drawing on the screen. Tip: You can take screenshots during the meeting if youd like to reference the annotated content later.
To create a shared document online, first create the document in a tool that supports collaboration. Then, navigate to the sharing settings for the document and select the option to allow anyone with the link to edit. This option can typically be found in the Sharing or Access settings for the document.
