1. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. The pointer becomes a crosshair, and any existing links in the document, including invisible links, are temporarily visible.
When you are working with a PDF file, you can hyperlink almost anything. docHub makes it possible and easy for you to hyperlink to an online website, a different section within the same PDF document, and a different PDF file.
Corrupted PDF: Occasionally, when hyperlinks dont work in PDF, there is an issue with the PDF file itself. PDF files can become corrupted, which could affect the functionality of hyperlinks. Try opening the PDF in a different PDF reader or recreate the PDF to see if the issue persists.
A mobile-friendly PDF should display clearly on a phone screen and be easy to navigate. The file size should be compact with a lower image resolution to reduce storage space and ensure functionality.
Select the file you want to share. Tap Share or Share . Under General access, tap Change. Select Anyone with the link. To decide what role people will have with your file, select an option. Tap Copy link. Tap Back. Paste the link in an email or any place you want to share it.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
Its usually down to the fact that different devices use different apps to access PDFs, and only some of them support automatic link detection. Even docHub Reader for iOS and Android can suffer from this issue, so if opening a link in PDFs is only a problem when youre using a mobile device, this is probably why.
