To draw on your PDF on Android, select the pencil icon in the toolbar. Choose from a variety of colors and shades for your markups you can even determine the thickness of the pencil marks. Use the other tools in the toolbar to highlight, underline and strike through text, leave comments, and add sticky notes.
Annotate PDFs on Android In the bottom right-hand corner, tap the annotate button . A toolbar opens with multiple annotating tools. You can use a stylus or your finger to select an annotating tool. Tip: You can tap and hold the toolbar to snap it to any side of the screen.

How to draw lines in PDF. In Acrobat, Click the Tools tab, then click Comment. Click the Drawing Tools and select Line. From here, you can go to your document and draw a line. To make your line straight, press the Shift key and draw your line.
The Samsung Notes app on your Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G has a new feature that lets you import PDF documents. You can write on, draw on, and annotate your PDFs right from the app and then save them for future use.
Look in the Documents folder. On Androids, all document files including PDFs, text files, CSVs, and more are stored in the Documents folder. Open your Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. This can be accessed by tapping the icon on the home screen. Select My Files (or File Manager).
