Prerequisites include a template PDF form, a spreadsheet or database file, the software PDFelement Pro, and the auto mail merge plug-in by EverMath. Each data record produces a single copy of the PDF form, and the output is multiple personalized PDF documents. Optionally, a single compound PDF file can be generated, and the output PDF forms can be emailed. The PDF form used must have fillable fields.
