welcome to PD of studio 9 today Im going to be introducing you to the basics of our new form field editor tool as well as the most common types of forms that youll be able to add to your PDFs lets start by opening up a document you wish to add fields to this can be either a word document you convert to PDF or an existing document you already have Im gonna use a PDF document that I already have created once you have your document open youll need to click on forms create it forms to open up the form field toolbar here youll see many options available including text boxes checkboxes list boxes and even signatures Im gonna start by adding text fields to my document Im going to click on the text field icon and place the field where I want it resize it to fit the field and then double click to open up the properties menu where I can set the field name I can choose a font if I want as well as select set as default which will allow me to use this setting for all other fields going forw
