One of my colleagues wanted to insert his electronic signature into a PDF document for a more professional look. He had his signature electronically in different formats like gif, png, and JPEG. Initially, he tried to drag and drop the image, but Acrobat opened it as its own file without allowing insertion. The workaround we found was opening the image files in Word and then inserting them into the PDF document directly.
