welcome back guys have you ever tried pulling in a flag in your excel spreadsheet im sure you did it it was not easy huh let me come to the old-fashioned way of managing the images for example here you can see i bring in the image and then adjusting it aligning it and in a case if i change the names of the countries then its very very hard to move all the flags with all the countries not easier i will share with you a magical trick which will help you to make this exercise quick you can run in few seconds all the flags for all the countries that you have as many as you want so as an example i will share with you this spreadsheet in this spreadsheet i have around 190 plus names of the countries the task that i have to do now is select all of them and their names and then i must go to the data tab you can see here and in the data tab you have data types down there click on the geography this will take a moment to convert all of the countries into a format where excel can understand th
