Hi everyone, this is Sharon, and today Im going to show you how to insert a submit button on your PDF fillable form in docHub. Acrobat allows you to add different types of action buttons to your PDF forms and well review the setup for adding a submit button to your PDF form. This interactive clickable action button allows users to electronically send their completed forms back to you through an email attachment. Lets take alook. Were going to add a Submit button at the bottom of this form that was created in MicrosoftWord. This is a job offer approval form template and were going to save this document as a PDF so that we can import it to create our fillable PDF form and insert our submit button down here. Attach or embed files To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog. The following screenshot shows attached and embedded files in a source document: Figure 1.
Embedding fonts ensures that all of the font information used to make your document look the way it does is stored in the PDF file. So, no matter what fonts a balloter (or reader) has on their computer, theyll be able to see the file as you intended it to be seen.
Open the PDF. Choose Tools Rich Media, and then select the Add 3D, Add Video , or the Add Sound tool. Drag or double-click to select the area on the page where you want the video or sound to appear.
How to annotate PDF files: Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. Edit the default settings and navigate to Font, click the Embed all fonts option.
One-click option to protect a PDF with a password Open the PDF in Acrobat. Choose File Protect Using Password. Alternatively, you can choose Tools Protect Protect Using Password. Select if you want to set the password for Viewing or Editing the PDF. Type and retype your password. Click Apply.
