everyone welcome to being classy my name is Jessica and in this video I want to show you a new feature in Google Docs as of 2022 where you can insert a drop down menu for participants who are working on your document or if you sent this document to someone to choose from so what you want to do is navigate up to the insert tab on your Google Docs and youll notice theres a drop down option go ahead and click on drop down now youll notice you can insert a new drop down you can use preset drop downs which would tell you if youre working on a project somebody would have the option to choose what part of the project theyre on so there are some preset options but Im going to go ahead and click a new drop down I would like to ask people who are receiving my document to tell me how satisfied they are so you can go ahead and create your template foreign so I have my options now before I click save and insert this into my document there are a few other things you can do you can move around
