How to create fillable PDF files: Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields. Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane. Save your fillable PDF:
From the All tools menu, select View more Add a stamp Custom stamps Create. Select Browse to choose a file you want to use as a stamp and then select OK. If the file has multiple pages, scroll to the page you want to use and select OK.
Configuration scope: Navigate to Account Settings Time Stamp Settings. Check the Enable the following time stamp service option. Select the Add button. Save once the credentials are entered. Select the Verify Time Stamp Configuration button to ensure the configuration is working properly.
On the Prepare Form ribbon over the top of the document, click the icon for Add a date field. Your mouse will turn into a light blue box for you to Left mouse click (and hold) Drag a box Release mouse button (This is where you want the date stamp field in your document).
Uploading a Stamp to docHub Select: Tools Comments Stamp Tool Create Custom Stamp. Select Browse to locate and select your PDF stamp file. Select OK. In the Category field, select Dynamic for the stamp and name your stamp. Select OK.
To add current date fields In the Object Library palette, click the Standard category and drag a Date/Time Field object onto the form design. In the Object palette, click the Value tab and select Calculated - Read Only from the Type list. Select the Runtime Property option. View the form in the Preview PDF tab.
Steps to sign a PDF Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
docHub Open the necessary PDF form, choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form and click Add a Date Field. Drag it to the designated place in your form. Double-click the field to open its Properties. In Date Format in the toolbar on the right, select the date format in the dropdown menu.
