hi everybody this is ian lamont from in 30 minutes guides today im going to show you how to copy fillable form fields in a pdf to another pdf this is using docHub pro this video helps you please take a moment to like it and follow the channel and lets get started so this works in either a mac or a windows pc as long as youre using docHub pro this is the subscription version of the software i think you can also buy it as a standalone version and i have links in the show notes and this particular pdf is fillable you can see if i start typing here like my ancestors came from massachusetts okay or you can maybe mark down another one and say this one came from rhode island okay you can see theyre numbered and if you tab through you go to each of the different fields now i have a similar pdf called global origin south america but you can see when i click here these fields arent arent fillable so what i want to do is i want to copy over these fields these fillable pdf fiel

Completing fillable forms Fill out the form and save it using docHub Reader: Use the docHub Reader to open the empty PDF form that you saved on your own computer or network. Complete the form. On the Reader menu, go to File Save As.
Its easy to create fillable PDF form in docHub. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.
Heres how: Open Acrobat, click on the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Select or scan a document, and Acrobat will automatically analyze your file and add form fields. Review areas highlighted in blue to be sure the fillable fields are in the correct locations. When youre done, click Close Forms Editing.

How to create an editable PDF from a Word document Open Word and locate the document. Open Microsoft Word and find the document you want to make into an editable PDF. Prepare the document in Word. Select docHub PDF. Create the form. Make your form editable. Edit and save your PDF form.
Go to the upper-right corner and select the option that says Add and Edit Form Fields. Then go to the Form Fields options to the left, select Text box, and place it anywhere on the PDF.
