How to add currency to PDF on Macbook Pro

To type the euro symbol on a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, you can use two quick methods. First, press ctrl command space bar on your Mac keyboard to bring up the symbol window, then click on the currency symbol and select the euro symbol from the options. In the Format sidebar, click the Cell tab. Click the Data Format pop-up menu, then choose Currency.
In the Format Cells dialog box, in the Category list, click Currency or Accounting. In the Symbol box, click the currency symbol that you want. Note: If you want to display a monetary value without a currency symbol, you can click None.
Choose this option from the Settings pop-up menu below the languages list. Note: If the Settings pop-up menu doesnt appear, it means the login window is already set to use the primary language. Choose the geographic region whose formats are used for dates, times, numbers, and currencies.
Select the cells you want to format. In the Format sidebar, click the Cell tab. Click the Data Format pop-up menu, then choose Create Custom Format. Type a name for your format, then click the Type pop-up menu and choose Number.
Currency (units of monetary value) Select the cells or table you want to format. In the Format sidebar, click the Cell tab, then click the Data Format pop-up menu and choose Currency.
Its the Apple logo at the far left corner of the top menu bar on your Macs screen. Click System Preferences. Click the Language Region icon. It looks like a flag.
Add, edit or delete a comment Select text or click an object or a table cell, then click. in the toolbar. Type your comment, then click Done (or click outside the comment). To view, edit or delete your comment, do one of the following:
Click Data at the top of the Format sidebar on the right, then click the Data Format pop-up menu and choose Scientific. In the Decimals field, enter the number of decimal places you want displayed, or choose Auto to display as many decimal places as you enter.
