To enable the Forms add-on, first make sure youre logged in to your docHub account. Then, follow this link and click Add to docHub in the pop-up. Thats all it takes! If youd like to make Forms available in multiple workspaces, start by going to Settings.
In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule. Select the fields you want to show to the recipient when they trigger the rule. You can select as many fields as you like, of any type, as long as they are assigned to the same recipient as the trigger field.
Digitally sign your PDF files with docHub Select New Documents Upload and choose which document you want to sign. Select Content Fields and drag a signature field to the relevant place in the document. Double-click on the signature field and follow the on-screen instructions to add a signature.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
