To change the name of a check box, go to its properties. You can also set all check boxes to the same size by selecting a check box, right-clicking, and choosing "set fields to same size." This will ensure all check boxes are uniform in size.

Document Cloud is ideal to sign a PDF document in Linux, but if youre using a Mac or Windows computer, you can also consider using PDFelement, which is available for both platforms.
Go to the File menu and, under Digital signature, choose Sign existing PDF Choose the file you wish to sign. Libreoffice will open the file in read-only mode, and will give you an additional toolbar that includes the Sign documents button. Click on this button.
Open the PDF file in docHub Reader. Click on Fill Sign in the Tools pane on the right. Click Sign, and then select Add Signature. A popup will open, giving you three optionsType, Draw, and Image. Open the PDF file in docHub Reader. Click on Fill Sign in the Tools pane on the right.
Select Annotate PDF from the File menu and select your PDF file to be signed. Click the Image button in the toolbar (it looks like a silhouette of a person) or press Shift+Ctrl+I (that is I for Image). Click on document, and a file browser dialog will open. Select the image of your signature.
To do that, select the Tool button on the top menu bar and press Image. Then, navigate to the location of the image on our system and double-click to insert it into the PDF file. Using the cursor, we can resize and move the image to the desired location.
Once the file is open, navigate to the Form tab in the top menu bar. From there, you will find various options to fill out PDF forms. Click on the checkbox icon, then drag it to where you want to add it.
