In the Add Fields view, add a Checkbox field to your document. Click the + symbol to add additional checkboxes to the group. Add as many as you need for the signer to consider as a group. If you need to delete one of the checkboxes, just select it and then press Delete.
Checkboxgroup works as RadioButton u can select one at a time while checkbox is like you can select multiple at a time, and can perform operations depend on true or false.
Add a Checkbox Group field to your Template Drag a Checkbox Group field onto your Template. ​ In the Properties panel, next to Group Items click Customize. ​​ Enter the options you want to display as your checkbox group options. ​ Click Done. ​ Navigate to the Existing fields menu. ​ Finish building your Template.

Steps to Create a Fillable Form in : Step 1: Log in to Your Account. Step 2: Select Templates from the Menu. Step 3: Click on Create Template and Select Upload a File Step 4: Upload Your Form. Step 5: Add Fillable Fields to Your Form. Step 6: Customize the Fillable Fields.
Note: If you find you cannot add fields to the documents and templates you create, most likely this is because of your user permission profile. Contact your administrator and ask to adjust your permission settings. These settings are documented in this administrator help guide.
Steps to Add a Signature Field in : Step 1: Create a New Document. Step 2: Open the Document in . Step 3: Click on the Sign Tab. Step 4: Select the Signature Field. Step 5: Drag and Drop the Signature Field onto the Document. Step 6: Customize the Signature Field. Step 7: Save and Send the Document.
