Today, I'll show you how to group checkboxes in a fillable PDF form using DocHub Acrobat Pro DC. Open your PDF in the program, click on the checkboxes to individually tick mark them. To group them, go to the tools menu, select "Prepare Form," then right-click on each checkbox and rename them with the same name. This way, when you tick one box, they all tick, and when you untick, they all clear.

Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit Prepare a form Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. Once you hover over the document, your cursor becomes a crosshair and displays a preview of the field.
What is a check mark? Check marks or ticks are used to show something is correct, chosen, complete, or verified. The tick ✔ comes from the letter V in the Latin word veritas, which means truth. Besides the traditional tick ✔, other variations on the check mark include the cross ✘, the slash /, and the check box ☑.
Insert special characters Using the Type tool, position the insertion point where you want to insert a character. Choose Type Insert Special Character, and then select an option from any of the categories in the menu.
Insert a check mark symbol In your file, place the cursor where you want to insert the symbol. Open the Symbol dialog box: In the Font box, select Wingdings. In the Character code box at the bottom, enter: 252. Select the check mark you want. Once the check mark has been inserted, you may change its size or color.
To Add CheckBox Fields in Forms Online, click the Add Fillable Fields tabs on the right and add fillable fields for CheckBox. You can also add fields for signatures, text, images, date etc. When youre done with editing, click the Done button and email, print or save your document.
Creating a Check Box Open the PDF file that you will use for the form. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Click Checkbox Tool. Position the cursor where you want the form field to begin.
How to add a checkbox to a PDF. Open the PDF in Acrobat. Select the Tools menu. Click Prepare Form. Click Start to make changes on the open PDF. Click the checkbox icon in the top toolbar. Right-click inside the check box and select Properties to change the checkbox settings.
Here are the steps to insert a tick mark in docHub. Open the PDF you want to edit. Select any comment or area where you want to insert the tick mark. Go to the options menu and click Add checkmark. You can also add a checkmark by right-clicking any comment.
