2. docHub Open the PDF document you want to use for the Form. Select Add or Edit Fields from the Forms menu. Choose Check Box from the Forms toolbar. Position your cursor anywhere on the document to place the Checkbox. Double-Click on the field box to edit it. Type the name to identify the Checkbox.
Adding notes to a PDF document Choose Tools Text Tool. Choose Notes Text Note. Drag in the document until the note is located where you want and has the size you want. To enter text, double-click the note.
Create Sticky Notes for your PDF document. Open your document in the Acrobat online PDF editor. Click the Add Comment icon and select whether youd like the comment to be visible as text on the document or whether you want it to show up as a comment icon. Make your comment and repeat throughout the document.
View all the notes in a PDF: Choose View Highlights and Notes (so the Highlights and Notes menu item has a checkmark next to it). All the notes in the document are displayed in the sidebar. Remove a note: Select the note in the sidebar, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Choose Tools Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane.
Open your PDF in docHub, click Tools Fill Sign, and add a check mark.
Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools Edit PDF Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
Add Checkbox in PDF Once the document opens successfully, you need to navigate to the Form tab from the menu on the top. Select the Add Check box option from the following menu and put a check box in a PDF file at any point desired.
