How to Remove Metadata from a PDF Using docHub Run docHub as an Administrator. When the program loads, go to File and select Properties. A window will appear. This will display the PDFs metadata. Choose to remove it, and then click OK.
How to Edit a PDFs Metadata in 3 Steps With the PDF file you want to inspect open in Power PDF, click File and find the Info tab. Under Properties, click Advanced Properties. The PDF metadata dialog box opens. Add, edit, or manually remove any of the metadata displayed.
You can add metadata to any document in Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign by choosing File File Info. Here, title, description, keywords, and copyright information have been inserted.
Switch to the docHub Acrobat. Select File Save Records As Spreadsheet menu in the Edit Document Metadata dialog. Select edited metadata file. Click Open to update records in the Edit Document Metadata dialog.

Alternatively you can also use EDIT PDF tool as follows : Go to Edit PDF tool. Select the text you want to white out/override. Press DELETE\Backspace key. Now, enter the text.
