so I have the Galaxy s23 and Ill be showing you how to set custom text tones for specific contacts on your Galaxy s23 so if you open the messages application you should have several conversations with the people you text around with so what you want to do is open the text or the conversation of the person whos text tone you want to change so Ill open for for instance my boss and once you have the conversation open tap on the three dots in the top right corner and then select details and then on the details page go to notifications tap on that and then here as you can see the sound for notifications is the default Samsung Sound so if I tap on that and then play the sound its the default notification sound for Samsung now I have all these to choose from foreign I hear that sound Ill know its a its a specific person that has sent me a text message okay so you can go ahead and set up different ringtones for the different conversations with the different people in your inbox right th
