Select the Animations tab of the ribbon. Towards the right side of the ribbon, in the Advanced Animation section, select Animation Pane. The Animation Pane opens on the right side of the screen. In the Animation Pane, select the drop-down arrow beside the sound file and choose Timing.
On the Insert tab, in the Media Clips group, under Sound, click either Sound from file or Sound from Clip Organizer. Insert the sound that you want to play across the slide transition. Click Automatically when you are prompted.
The introduction is the most important part of your presentation as it sets the tone for the entire presentation.
So what does it mean, tone of a presentation? Well, tone is the overall mood or feeling of your audience, and the presenter is usually the one who sets that tone.
Add a sound to each slide that has a transition Press and hold the Ctrl key while you select the transition slides that you want to add a sound to. Click TRANSITIONS Sound. Do one of the following: Click TRANSITIONS Preview to hear the sound while the transition plays.
Record your slide show On the Slide Show tab, select Record Slide Show to start recording from your current slide. Toggle video and audio options in the options dropdowns in the recording toolbar. Use the record , pause , and resume. After clicking the stop button to stop recording, use the play.
Try it! Select the slide you want to add a transition to. Select the Transitions tab and choose a transition. Select a transition to see a preview. Select Effect Options to choose the direction and nature of the transition. Select Preview to see what the transition looks like.
Change the color tone of a picture Click the picture and the Format Picture pane appears. Click Picture Color to expand it. Under Color Temperature, move the temperature slider as necessary, or enter a number in the box next to the slider.
