Code DD is only information to you to tell you how much your employer spend for health coverage - you do nothing with it. Code D is the amount of salary deferrals to a 401(k) plan. You do nothing with than either other than enter it on the W-2 screen in box 12 just like it is on the paper W-2.
Generally, you have to report payments from the following using box 14: Salary, wages, commissions or other remuneration including taxable benefits.

In most cases, the information that your employer lists in Box 14 of your W-2 does not affect your income tax return. In fact, for many Box 14 entries, the IRS does not even provide a place for it to get reported on your return forms.
An entry in box 14 on the Form W-2 may also indicate a contribution to a state retirement system. In TaxSlayer, if the contribution qualifies, from the drop down menu in Box 14 of Form W-2, select Retirement (Not in Box 12) Carry to Form 8880.
Items entered in box 14 must be labelled with a code that provides a brief description of the item. There are no standardized codes for box-14 because the federal government doesnt provide standardized codes for box 14 items, so employers can assign their own code that adequately describes the reported item.

Box 14 Employers can use W-2 box 14 to report information like: A member of the clergys parsonage allowance and utilities. Any charitable contribution made through payroll deductions.
