hi guys today Im going to be showing you how you can print address labels using Microsoft Excel and Word were going to be using the kind of sticky labels you can get from any stationers or online and if you havent bought your labels yet thats fantastic because Im going to be giving you some tips on which labels to buy theyre guaranteed to work with word Ive actually made two videos on this subject in this video Ill show you how you can use Excel to put together a list of addresses and then use word to print those addresses onto your labels and Ive made another video where I show you how to use word to print out pretty much whatever you want to type into your labels so if you dont want to use Excel then check out that video instead the methods Im going to show you will work if you have a Windows computer or if you have a Mac Im going to be demonstrating this on my Windows computer but you should be able to follow along with most of this if you have a Mac dont forget if you

Another way to make Excel cells expand to fit text automatically is by using the following options on the ribbon: To AutoFit column width, select one, several or all columns on the sheet, go to the Home tab Cells group, and click Format AutoFit Column Width.
Edit data labels On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Series. To customize your data labels, you can change the font, style, color and number format.
To automatically update titles or data labels with changes that you make on the worksheet, you must reestablish the link between the titles or data labels and the corresponding worksheet cells. For data labels, you can reestablish a link one data series at a time, or for all data series at the same time.
Now you can click directly on data labels, chart titles or legends and drag to reposition them. Or you can easily delete these elements using the delete or backspace keys. Repositioning chart elements in Google Sheets.
To format data labels, select your chart, and then in the Chart Design tab, click Add Chart Element Data Labels More Data Label Options. Click Label Options and under Label Contains, pick the options you want. To make data labels easier to read, you can move them inside the data points or even outside of the chart.

Edit the contents of a title or data label that is linked to data on the worksheet In the worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or data label text that you want to change. Edit the existing contents, or type the new text or value, and then press ENTER. The changes you made automatically appear on the chart.
Right-click the data series or data label to display more data for, and then click Format Data Labels. Click Label Options and under Label Contains, select the Values From Cells checkbox.
Resize a data label Click the data label and drag it to the size you want. Tip: You can set other size (Excel and PowerPoint) and alignment options in Size Properties (Layout Properties in Outlook or Word). Double-click the data label and then click Size Properties.
In the worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or data label text that you want to change. Edit the existing contents, or type the new text or value, and then press ENTER. The changes you made automatically appear on the chart.
