By default, Word sets text wrapping to In line with text when you insert or paste a new picture into a document. In line with text may not be what you prefer, so heres how to change the default. Go to File Options Advanced.
To make font size responsive in steps, set the base font size at each breakpoint. To create fluid text that smoothly changes size, use the calc() function to calculate a ratio between pixels and viewport widths, this will make the base font size grow at the correct rate relative to the screen width.
To make an image responsive, you need to give a new value to its width property. Then the height of the image will adjust itself automatically. The important thing to know is that you should always use relative units for the width property like percentage, rather than absolute ones like pixels.
Explanation: In your document, select the object with which you want to work, switch to the Layout menu, and then click the Position button. That button also appears on the Format menu of the Ribbon and works the same way.
Heres how to create responsive background images with CSS: Use the background-size property to encompass the viewport. Give this property a cover value that will tell a browser to scale the background images heights and width so that they always remain equal to or greater than the height/width of the device viewport.
Wrap text around a picture or drawing object Select the picture or object. Select Format and then under Arrange, select Wrap Text.
Insert a picture in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel Click the location in your document where you want to insert a picture. On the Insert tab, click Pictures. Select the option you want to use for inserting pictures.
Responsive images are the set of techniques used to load the right image based on device resolution, orientation, screen size, network connection, and page layout. The browser should not stretch the image to fit the page layout, and loading it shouldnt result in time bandwidth wastage.
Open Layout Options Select a picture. Select the Layout Options icon. To bring your picture in front of the text and set it so it stays at a certain spot on the page, select In Front of Text (under With Text Wrapping), and then select Fix position on page.
in order to have text on the left or right of the image you can style your img as style=float:left; or style=float:right; If the text is too close to the image you can play with padding: 10px; or less.
