When you perform a full check on the document associated with this video, you will see that it fails the Headings check. Under the Headings section, expand the ion until you see a list of specific elements that were flagged. Highlight an element in this list, and open the context menu. Select Show in Tags Panel. If the first heading in a PDF is flagged, its usually because it was not marked up as a Level 1 heading. In this example, its a Level 2 heading. The first heading in a PDF must always be a Level 1 heading. To fix it, open the context menu, and in the Object Properties dialog, change the Type to Heading Level 1. Multiple heading elements in this document were flagged by the checker, and they all need to be repaired. Return to the Accessibility Checker panel, locate the next flagged heading element in the list, and select Show in Tags Panel. 1 Answer. If you have docHub XI you can add an image to the footer (or header) of a PDF file using the Watermark tool. To do this go to menu View - Tools - Pages, click on Add Watermark and choose Add Watermark. You will be able to choose a file for the watermark and set its position and opacity.
Update the headers and footers Open the PDF file containing header and footer. Choose Tools Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose Header Footer Update. Change the settings as needed.
