In the text area, enter your formula using the IMAGE function to retrieve the image file you uploaded in Step 2.Use Images in Formula Fields Main Field Type - Formula. Name your custom field, then select Text from the Formula Return Type picklist/button. In the Enter Formula screen, click Advanced Formula.
Select the cell that contains the IMAGE formula, and then in the formula bar, add the alternative text as the second argument of the formula (alttext). If the image source is a linked data type or record, add alternative text to the original data source or ask your administrator to add it.
