hello everyone chris here and today i want to show you a quick tutorial for open office writer or really just computing in general to new fonts on your computer which you can use inside of open officewriter microsoft word or just about any other text editor you want now um by default windows like the newer versions windows 7 windows 8 do come with a lot of different fonts you can play around with but say theres one kind of font you want to try or perhaps youre looking for something particularly artistic which may not be included around here in the default installed windows 7 or windows 8 fonts well if you want to go find new fonts what you got to do is just go online so i have this site pulled up a font i really like to use in a lot of my videos its called slant and how it installs is with a dot ttf file so what you can do is go to a site like defon look for these fonts click their download button and its going to give you a zip file you open that up inside of a program like 7zip
