Click the Transitions tab and set the duration to 10-seconds. Click Apply to All to move through every slide on a 10-second advance. This works on both Mac and PC PowerPoint presentations and allows you to set the 10-second window for all slides in a matter of seconds.

You may see the circumflex character in PowerPoint. To see the cross mark (X mark), please select the circumflex character, and change the font to Wingdings.
Create a cross-reference In PowerPoint, place the cursor where you want the reference to be inserted. Go to UpSlide tab, click Insert, and then select Reference. This will open a pane on the right. In the Cross-reference pane, select the slide or section name in the list that you want to insert as a reference.
Automate Slide Animations Click the [Animations] tab From the Advanced Animation group, click Animation Pane. Right-click the first animation Select Start With Previous. This will cause your first animation to start as soon as the slide appears on the screen.
