This tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. Open Windows Explorer, locate the document, right-click on the PDF, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, select the printing and viewing tab and ensure the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm protection status. The protected document will have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Locklizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, and the print icon is greyed out in the viewer. No printing shortcuts or commands can be used.
