Upon receiving your Claim Form, Guardsman will review your claim. If your Claim Form is eligible for service under the terms of the plan, Guardsman will contact you to provide service. Most claim forms are handled in less than one week.
Call us on 0345 128 1240 We will aim to process your request within 24 hours. If you are submitting your request over a weekend or bank holiday, we will process it on the next working day. For most policies we do not cover: Odours.
To file a claim, please contact Guardsman by calling 1-877-584-GOLD (4653), Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. You can also submit your claim online at Guardsman.com. You will need to file your claim with Guardsman within 30 days and confirm that your stain or damage is covered under the protection plan.
