Once you return your equipment and we have an exact amount to charge your account we use the amount held to collect the total amount due. If the amount we held is more than the total amount due your bank is responsible to return the remainder back to your account.

U-Haul does not reimburse if this truck is returned with more fuel than when it was dispatched." Basically, that means that if you pick up the van with a half-tank of gas, you have to return it with a half-tank of gas. If it's any less, you'll be penalized. If it's more, it's your loss.
