Summer League Swimming is a national organization dedicated to providing quality resources to summer swim teams and leagues throughout the United States. Our mission is to provide a safer environment for children between the ages of 4-18 while introducing them to the sport of competitive swimming.
Go for it, Swim Teams are usually pretty open about accepting people. As long as you have a basic understanding of the strokes its not too difficult for most high schools.
ALL STROKES: Some part of the swimmer must touch the wall upon completion of each length and at the finish. After the dive/start and at the turn, your head must surface before the 15m mark. Freestyle is the only stroke you are allowed to stand up in but you may not walk or take a step.
