Tuition Refund Appeals related to credit courses must be submitted in writing on the Appeal Form to the Office of the Dean over Enrollment Management within two years of the students initial enrollment in the course, unless good cause is shown for the delay.
Book Costs are based on estimated amounts determined by the JCCC Bookstore for either purchase or rental. The amount currently averages around $65 per credit hour.
If you paid by credit or debit card Any refund will be issued to the original card(s) used for payment. If we are unable to issue the refund to the card used, the refund will be issued via direct deposit or check mailed to the address JCCC has on file.
