Your UH Number is a unique 8-digit number used in place of your Social Security Number (SSN) for identification purposes within the UH System. To locate your UH number: Log in to Managing Your UH Username using your UH Username and Password.
To access your Exchange email online: Log into AccessUH. Enter your CougarNet credentials. Authenticate with Two-Factor Authentication. Once inside AccessUH, click the UH email icon (Note: If needed, you may have to authenticate with Two-Factor Authentication again)
To obtain your my UH ID : Go to access. Click on Help me with my ID. Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with the request. Fill in all required information fields and click continue. Answer the final verification question and submit your request.
