1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the sitrep form in the editor.
2. In the 'FROM' field, enter the name of the sender or station responsible for sending the report.
3. Fill in the 'TO' field with the intended recipient's name or station.
4. Input the 'Current DTG' using UTC format (YYYYMMDD-HHMMZ) to indicate when the report is completed.
5. Enter the 'Incident Number', which may be identical to the Current DTG.
6. Specify an 'Expiration' date and time when this report will no longer be relevant.
7. Provide detailed location information in the 'Location' field, including coordinates or city names.
8. Indicate 'Incident Status' as NEW, ONGOING, or RESOLVED based on your assessment.
9. Assess and mark 'Size and Scope' of impact: Local, Regional, or National.
10. Summarize overall threat level in 'Overall Hazard'.
11. 'Current Weather' should reflect any immediate weather threats.
12. 'Infrastructure' availability must be noted for essential services like electricity and hospitals.
13. 'Political' conditions should be assessed for stability and governance issues.
14. 'Civil' conditions should reflect community cooperation or unrest.
15. 'Communications' availability must be documented for effective reporting channels.
16. 'Remarks' is a narrative section where you can add concise but thorough details about the situation.
