  6. After completing both sections, e-mail the form to the importing institution for approval. Remember to send a signed copy to ACS Office TE Coordinator.
  7. Finally, ensure that enrollment verification is completed by a liaison from the importing institution after census date and submit it via email by September 30.

Create TE EZ-Application account and complete TE EZ-Application. Apply for admission to schools listed on TE EZ-Application. Log into TE EZ-Application account to add/remove schools a maximum of 20 active schools is permitted. Log in to TE EZ-Application account to periodically check status of applications.
New schools pay a one-time Initiation Fee ($500) and annual Membership Dues ($750). The only other additional cost is a $55 fee charged for every Export student that is enrolled by the Import school (note: some TE member schools charge an administrative fee to cover administrative costs).
What is the ACS Tuition Exchange Program? The Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) Tuition Exchange Program is a benefit (though not an automatic one) for employees of 15 ACS member institutions to allow their children or dependents to attend another ACS college or university at a relatively low cost.
Tuition Exchange (TE) is a reciprocal scholarship opportunity for eligible faculty and staff dependents at our 700+ individual member schools. There are currently 8,000 Tuition Exchange Scholars enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs throughout our network.
The TE Set Rate is the weighted average of tuition across the network. The amount is approved by the Tuition Exchange Board of Directors annually. The 2025-2026 TE set rate is $43,000/year. The 2026-2027 TE set rate is $44,000/year.
