Water Efficiency Rebate Programs Get a rebate of $75 per toilet by replacing old inefficient toilets with Ultra High-Efficient (UHET) models using 1.1 gpf or less. This program is offered to homeowners with homes built in 1993 or before.

Program Overview Toilets eligible for rebate must be HETs (which use 1.28 gallons per flush or less) and must be on the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) WaterSense list. The program is limited to one rebate in the form of a bill credit per household or apartment unit for residential and multi-family customers.
Rebate is issued for a lifetime maximum of three (3) toilets per property. Model names and numbers must match eligible model list exactly, please see guidelines for details. Up to $50.00 Rebate per 1.6 gallon per flush toilet or Up to $100.00 Rebate per 1.28 gallon per flush toilet.
