5. If applicable, report any empowerment zone employment credit from partnerships, S corporations, cooperatives, estates, and trusts in line 3.
6. Add lines 2 and 3 together and enter the total in line 4. If you are a partnership or S corporation, stop here and report this amount on Schedule K.
7. For cooperatives, estates, and trusts, complete line 5 by entering the amount allocated to patrons or beneficiaries as instructed.
8. Finally, subtract line 5 from line 4 if applicable and report this amount on Form 3800, Part III, line 3.
