To create an employee ID card, begin by selecting the rounded rectangle tool under "Insert Shape." Click at the center and set the dimensions in inches. Next, create a background by selecting a rectangle shape, adjusting its size, then right-click to format it—removing the outline and filling with a color of your choice. Send the background to the back for a clean layout. Zoom in for better visibility and remove the outline color. Create a small rectangle at the top of the card, format it similarly by removing the outline and adjusting the fill color. Use the curve tool, holding the Shift key, to draw shapes; format them by removing outlines and changing fill colors as desired.
