The first step is to ensure that all spaces for writing or check boxes are prepped in the Word document. Then, save the document as a PDF by going to File > Save As. Arit prefers using the save as feature instead of DocHub PDF to avoid glitches. Choose a location to save the PDF, such as the desktop. Once saved, the Word document is now a fillable PDF ready for use.

Login to your account or sign up for a new account if you dont have one already. Once youre logged in, click on the My Forms tab at the top of the page. Select the PDF form you want to make fillable from your list of forms. Click on the Make Fillable button located in the toolbar above the form.
Open the docHub software on your computer. Select the Tools tab on the welcome screen. On the Tools page, find the Prepare Form option and select it. Follow the prompts on the screen and select a file to create a fillable PDF from. A preview of your selected document will display in the box.
Tip: You can also select the files in the Finder and use the Create PDF button in the Preview pane of a Finder window.
Its easy to create fillable PDF form in docHub. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.
Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Navigate to the Edit PDFs tool. Click the Select a file button to upload your PDF. After the file uploads, sign in with your docHub account. If youre using the Acrobat desktop application, follow these easy instructions to complete your fillable form: Open the application, click the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Upload your document. Add form fields where appropriate. Save and download your form as a PDF.
Create form fields Open the document in Acrobat and select Edit Prepare a form Create form to convert your document to a PDF form. Choose a form field from the left pane. Once you hover over the document, your cursor becomes a crosshair and displays a preview of the field.
