Average processing time from MPNP to permanent residence is 18 to 24 months, but workers can arrive in and work Manitoba within four (4) months after nomination while applying for their permanent residence through IRCC.
Must have a full-time job offer that is at least 1-year long from an eligible current employer in an In-Demand Occupation. Must have enough money for a six-month period or be employed in a full-time long-term position in Manitoba; Must be living in Manitoba at the time of application.
Please note that due to the high volume of MPNP applications, processing commitment is exceeding six months from application submission date. If additional information is needed, the MPNP will contact you using the email and/or phone number that is provided on your application.
How to Apply Create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile. If you receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), submit a full application to the MPNP. Applications are thoroughly assessed by an MPNP officer. Successful applicants are nominated by the MPNP.
